Transport Rules & Guidelines

  1. Students can avail the School Transport subject to the availability of seats. The routes of the school buses are drawn and the parents should consult the School Transport in charge for necessary details. Bus facility is not mandatory.
  2. All students using the school bus are expected to be on the right side of the bus stops at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
  3. The buses will not wait for the late comers.
  4. The children should safely stay away from the main road till the bus arrives. Kindly educate your ward to follow safe boarding & travelling habits.
  5. No student should come near the entry door of the bus unless it has come to a complete stop.
  6. All students must occupy vacant seats after boarding their buses and remain seated till it is time and place for them to de-board.
  7. The front door of the bus is the only authorized entrance and exit.
  8. The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless otherwise directed by the Route In charge.
  9. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view of the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and other important parameters and not subject to change.
  10. When the bus is in motion students must not move around in the bus and no part of their body should be outside the bus. They must adhere to the instructions given by the Route In charge at all times.
  11. Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.
  12. Students will be held responsible for any damage caused to bus due to negligence or vandalism. A fine and disciplinary action is liable to be taken in case of vandalism.
  13. No student is allowed to eat in the bus.
  14. Unruly behaviour like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited. Courteous behaviour is expected at all times.

Transport fee Guidelines

  1. Bus fee will be charged on QUATERLY basis.
  2. For discontinuing the bus facility, at least one month's advance notice should reach the school Transport Department before depositing quaterly fee as per the schedule i.e., APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER & JANUARY.
  3. No refund will be permissible once the bus fee has been paid.
  4. Two different bus stoppages for one student is not permitted.
  5. The transport fees shall have to be paid for the entire academic year, from April 2024 to March 2025 (except month of June 2024).
  6. Temporary withdrawal from the school transport is not permissible.
  7. No student will be allowed to withdraw transport facility temporarily, if availing school transport.
